The terms you agree to when you get a key and use IkarLabs software, how we handle your data, and how refunds work. IkarLabs is run by a single independent developer.
Terms of Service
IkarLabs is software made by a single independent developer ("we", "us"). By getting a key for, downloading, or using any IkarLabs software ("the Software"), you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.
1. What the Software is
The Software is offered for personal use and to explore and learn about the capabilities it demonstrates. We do not provide hacking, cracking, malware, or any service to break into other people's systems, accounts or data, and we do not sell access to anyone else's property.
2. Licenses & keys
A key grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Software for the period stated at purchase (for example, 30 days). For activation, your license is tied to your hardware ID (HWID). A key is access only — it does not transfer ownership of the Software or any intellectual property.
- Keys are tied to your purchase and intended for your personal use.
- Sharing, reselling or redistributing keys or the Software is not allowed.
- We may revoke a key that is shared, abused, or charged back.
3. Your responsibility
You alone decide how to use the Software, and you are solely responsible for that use. You must comply with all applicable laws and with the rules of any third-party service, game or platform you use it with. Some uses may breach those third-party rules — that is your choice and your risk. You must not use the Software for anything unlawful.
4. Updates & availability
We actively develop the Software and may change, add or remove features at any time. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee the Software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every server or setup.
5. Disclaimer & limitation of liability
The Software is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for what you do with the Software or for anything that happens to your accounts as a result — including suspensions, bans, loss of items, currency or progress, or any other damage. You use the Software entirely at your own risk.
6. Changes & governing law
We may update these Terms from time to time; continuing to use the Software means you accept the current version. These Terms are governed by the applicable law of the developer's place of residence, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
Privacy Policy
We collect as little data as possible — only what's needed to deliver the Software, validate your license and provide support.
What we collect
- Order and license details needed to issue and validate your key.
- Your hardware ID (HWID), used only to bind and validate your license.
- Contact details you share with us (e.g. Discord, Telegram or email) when you reach out for support.
That's it — we don't run hidden tracking, sell your data, or collect anything from your machine beyond what's described here.
How we use it
To deliver keys, validate licenses against your HWID, provide support, and improve the Software. We do not sell your personal data.
Payments
Payments are currently handled manually in cryptocurrency — you arrange it with us over Discord or Telegram. We do not collect or store card details, and crypto transactions happen on public blockchains that are outside our control. If we add an automated payment provider later, it will process payments under its own terms and this policy will be updated.
Retention & your rights
We keep your data only as long as needed to provide and support your license. You can request access to, or deletion of, the personal data we hold about you by emailing us at the address below.
Refund Policy
Because a key grants immediate digital access (and a free trial is available where offered), refunds are limited — but we want the Software to actually work for you.
- If the Software doesn't work on your setup and we can't resolve it within a reasonable time, contact us and we'll make it right.
- Raise any issue through Discord, Telegram or email as soon as it appears.
- We don't refund for bans, server-side changes, or misuse that breaks these Terms.
Where consumer law gives you a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content, note that by getting immediate access to the Software you ask us to start right away and accept that you lose that withdrawal right once access has been granted.
Keys are one-time purchases and do not auto-renew, so there is nothing to cancel — a key simply expires at the end of its period.
Fair Use & Disclaimer
IkarLabs software is provided for personal, lawful use and to explore the capabilities it demonstrates. We do not provide, sell or endorse hacking, account theft, malware, or breaking into anyone else's systems.
- Third-party games and platforms set their own rules, and using automation or modification software may violate them. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use complies, and for any consequences — including account bans or losses.
- We are not responsible for how you choose to use the Software or for what happens to your accounts.
- IkarLabs is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any game, publisher or platform referenced on this site.
- All product and company names are used for identification only and remain the property of their respective owners.
